AN APPEAL TO PARENTS

Parents who wish to admit their wards in Beersheba Sen. Sec School are requested to go through these guidelines as parents play a major role in the upbringing of their child:

 

  • Kindly check the haircut, uniform, low waist trousers, shoes and punctuality of your ward in the morning.

 

  • Please see that your ward carries text / exercise books according to the time table for the day. No extra books are allowed.

 

  • Kindly ensure that he / she is prepared for the monthly tests. Also see his / her report card and teacher's remark in his / her class work / home work exercise books and school diary.

 

  • Encourage your ward to take balanced interest in studies and other activities of the school.

 

  • Children should not bring crackers, clours , transistors, cameras, video cameras, mobile phone etc to the school. Bursting of crackers and playing with colours is liable to lead expulsion of a student from the school.

 

  • Your ward should be instructed to be careful about his / her possessions There should be a name tag on blazers and sweaters. Expensive articles should not be brought to school. Students are not allowed to wear jwellery in school. In case of voilation of this rule, the articles will be confiscated. The school bears no reponsibility for the articles lost in the school. in case of loss, a letter giving details of the lost item may be sent to the class teacher.

 

  • No student will be allowed to go to home during school hours without the written permission of the principal / vice-principal. Only mother / father / relative whose photo is in the diary are allowed to take their ward.

 

  • Report card will be given only on declared date, not on other dates.

 

  • Parent should visit school between 10:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m.

 

  • Book reading habit should be encouraged at home. Self study habit is necessary and more beneficial than private tutions.

 

  • Parents should make proper jome time table for all activities at home.

 

  • Parents to check their wards diary every day.
